Rental Rates, in Euros(prices subject to change at any time)
01 Jan – 20 May 2011: 2,950 euros per week
21 May – 01 July 2011: 4,750 euros per week
02 July – 22 July 2011: 5,950 euros per weekts
23 July – 02 Sept 2011: 6,950 euros per weekth, a
03 Sept – 28 Oct 2011: 4,750 euros per weekthn ad
ditional charge of £50 per guest per nigh
- More than 10 guests at any one time: 70 euros per extra person per night applies. Maximum of 12 persons.
- Rental duration: Saturday to Saturday
- Deposit of 1500 euros per week required to confirm booking
- Security deposit of 1000 euros to cover against accidental breakage etc, refundable a fortnight after rental end
- Bed linen (except cot linen), one bath towel, & pool/beach towel provided, changed weekly
- Utilities, twice-weekly cleaning (incl. final clean) in 2011, pool & garden maintenance included
- Meet & greet service with chilled wine, on your day of arrival between 4-7pm
- Welcome Hamper of regional produce for Summer bookings
- Daily maid service / babysitting contact details can be provided on request, please book in advance in summer
- Private Chef contact details can be sent on request, please book in advance in summer
