17 Dec 11 - 30 March 2012: 3,750 euros per week
31 March - 29 June 2012: 4,750 euros per week
30 June – 31 Aug 2012: 6,950 euros per week tsh, a
01 Sept – 27 Oct 2012: 4,750 euros per week tad

- Rental duration: Saturday to Saturday. Maximum 12 persons
- Deposit of 1500 euros per week required to confirm booking
- Security deposit of 1750 euros to cover against accidental breakage etc, refundable a fortnight after rental end
- Bed linen (except cot linen), one bath towel, & one pool/beach towel provided, changed weekly
- Utilities, twice-weekly cleaning (incl. final clean), pool & garden maintenance included
- Meet & greet service with chilled wine, on your day of arrival between 4-6pm
- Welcome Hamper of regional produce for Summer bookings
- Daily maid service / babysitting contact details can be provided on request, please book well in advance in summer
- Private Chef contact details can be sent on request, please book in advance in summer
